Updates from SUBTEL in Chile under Resolution 2844

Resolution 1985 has been revised under Resolution 2844 with the following changes:
Medical devices now have a maximum EIRP at 1W
Vehicle Radars operating at 76 GHz – 77 GHz now have a maximum EIRP at 50 dBm
Wi-Fi 6E frequencies are now restricted to 5.925 to 6.425 MHz
