Announced today in the DOF (Diario Oficial de la Federación), the new IFETEL logo labeling requirements will not go in effect until July 1st , 2025.

At that time, the  IFETEL number and logo will be required on the label of the product:

In case the product is so small that it is not possible to physically display the marking or labeling in accordance with the guidelines, the IFETEL number and logo may be placed in user manual, packaging, or software (any which one).
