On August 12th, 2022 ENACOM published NO-2022-83513667-APN-DYNART#ENACOM to introduce a change of criteria regarding labeling requirements for renewals.

As ENACOM considers the transition period to the RAMATEL label design adaptation to be over, they have revoked the former criteria that allowed to keep using existing CNC label design (based on Res. 82/2015) on the renewal requests of previously approved devices. 

Moving forward, ENACOM will only accept renewal requests with regulatory marking based on the RAMATEL logo design introduced by Resolution No. 854/2020.
